ELIGIBILITY:  Open to all Florida USATT members. USATT memberships are available on this entry form.   Members must provide proof of current membership or purchase a membership or tournament pass.

FORMAT:  Giant Round Robin.  Players will be grouped using the ratings system in accordance with USATT Tournament Guide.   Ties will be broken in accordance with the USATT Tournament Guide. All matches will be 3 out of 5 games. Each group will consist maximum of 10 players, otherwise will be notice before the tournament start.

 

SCHEDULE:  Play starts at 9:00 am.  Players must register no later than 45 minutes prior to start time.  Players not on time may be defaulted.

 

EVENTS: Giant Singles Round Robin     (Maximum 70 players) ONLY Ratings of 2500 or UNDER will be ACCEPTED         

Directors reserve the right to modify any event for reasons of insufficient participation.

  This is a “ 2 ” Star Quality USATT Tournament

AWARDS:        -----Awards not played for are not paid-----

 

Open Championship:

                                     1st  - $ 250 cash + Trophy

                                        2nd  -  $ 100 cash + Trophy

       3rd   -   $50 cash + Trophy.

Elite Division:

1st $100 cash + Trophy, 2nd $50 cash + Trophy, 3rd Trophy Only

 

All other Divisions: 

1st Gift + Trophy, 2nd Gift + Trophy, 3rd Trophy Only

 

TROPHIES FOR 1ST, 2ND AND 3RD PLACE FOR ALL DIVISIONS

 

EQUIPMENT: Only USATT approved equipment will be used. Tables - Blue top. 

Ball -Nittaku 3-Star White, 40+ mm Premium Poly balls. 

 

RACKETS:  ITTF/USATT-approved red & black…In accordance with new USATT rules, we ask that no gluing be done on site.        HARD BATS ALSO WELCOME

 

CLOTHING: The USATT Dress Code applies (No White Shirts) 3.2.2.2. The main color of a shirt, skirt or shorts, other than sleeves and collar of a shirt shall be clearly different from that of the ball in use.

 

RULES:  The Laws of Table Tennis by the ITTF and all USATT regulations will be enforced.

DEADLINE: Entries must be received by 48 hours prior to tourney time, with fees or have made special arrangements with Coach Hung Tran otherwise.

REFUNDS: Cancellations prior to 48 hours will be refunded. 

 “No Shows” without notification will not be refunded.  Late medical cancellation refunds are at the tournament directors’ discretion and will be conditional upon finding a replacement player.
